Prosser

The Prosser area is a stunning wooded area offering access to horseback riding, camping and fishing at Prosser Lake and is comprised mainly of the Prosser Lakeview Estates and Prosser Lake Acreage neighborhoods.  Historic Downtown Truckee and several ski resorts are within close proximity, while Reno is only 40 minutes away and although there are no HOA amenities, nearby Prosser Reservoir offers everything from recreational boating to fishing, hiking, camping and mountain biking trails.  The area is composed of roughly 30% second homeowners and 70% full-time residents.
