Schaffer’s Mill

Schaffer’s Mill is one of Truckee’s newest golf course communities located in the Martis Valley close to Lahontan and Martis Camp. Amenities include an 18 hole championship golf course, community walking trails, stocked fishing ponds and access to Tahoe National Forest.

The area features 218 single family home sites ranging in size from ¼ acre to ¾ acres and 188 three and four bedroom condominiums from 1972 sq. ft. to 2684 sq. ft. of living space.

By 2013 Schaffer’s Mill is scheduled to open a new clubhouse complete with a restaurant, bar and fitness facilities. They also plan to have tennis facilities and a grand swimming pool.
