The strip of neighborhoods between Homewood and Meeks Bay include Tahoma, McKinney Estates, McKinney Shores, Chamberlands, Chambers Landing, Kai-lua Park and Westlake Village. Summertime activities such as boating, hiking, and picnicking are popular in this primarily vacation-oriented community.
One of the primary attractions in the area is Chambers Landing, the oldest bar on Lake Tahoe. Known for its pristine views of Lake Tahoe and its access by boat from the lake, Chamber’s Landing is one of Lake Tahoe’s favorite summer family hotspots.

Chambers Landing is a gated condominium community with heated lakeside pool, private owner’s pier and buoy field, sandy beach and tennis courts that overlooks the famous Chambers over the water bar and popular lakeside seasonal bistro. Custom condos range in size from 2,200 sq. ft. to 2,900 sq. ft.
Kai-lua Park and Westlake Village offer moderately-priced homes as well as some pockets with spectacular views or superb privacy.
